2017 OPTIMA THULE Cycling Team 2017 ณ in International Bangkok Bike Expo 2017
On October 7, 2016, “OPTIMA THULE Cycling Team 2017 Official Launch” is an exclusive event, and it was collaborated between two biggest bike business players – OPTIMA Bike under Raja Cycle Co., Ltd and THULE Car Accessories For Sports from Sweden under Techno-Sell (Frey) Co., Ltd. – and IF drink under General Beverage Co., Ltd.
The objective of the team is to support Thai cyclists to be equipped with excellent tools and practices and to participate in domestic and international tournaments. This event has broken the record for the OPTIMA THULE Cycling Team because there were more than 150 participants as well as the press over 40 companies attending the event.
OPTIMA has the intention to introduce 15 cyclists of OPTIMA THULE CYCLING TEAM 2017, who were intensively selected from Bangkok Sports School based on performance and potentials to become professionals in the future. We, OPTIMA are very proud to bring three of the team to represent Thai national athletes.

Key highlight of OPTIMA THULE Cycling Team is the rising star . Potter Wisawakorn Kaewthong who impressively won three gold medals and one bronze medal in Pacific Youth Track Tournament 2016 in Perth, Australia last September for Thai citizens and OPTIMA THULE CYCLING team. Another girl from OPTIMA THULE Cycling Team also brought the pride to the team.

“Yaowaret Jitmat” – The young cyclist who participated the race in Pacific Youth Track 2016, Perth, Australia.
View Yaowaret Jittimart attended the same tournament in Perth, Australia and won one silver medal. Moreover, OPTIMA introduced other cyclists who won the highest number of places in last year, such as Note Jirapong Phaksriwong, the strongest sprinter, and James Janwiwat Junlapan, Triathlete.
Last but not least, to emphasize the relentless success of the team, we were delighted to introduce our team’s new sponsor – Globalbike Thai Co.,Ltd. who produce CST tires. In 2017, every bike used in the competition will definitely change to use CST tires onwards.
